Knowledge Management Orientation 2024
This course is good for orienting newly hired staff on the basic concepts of Knowledge Management (KM) including the KM mechanisms. This orientation will help them to deepen their understanding on KM and how it relates with the function of the Department and its interconnectedness within the Department and with external stakeholders.
